About Curtis

Curtis McNeally’s career in recruiting was a natural extension of his passion for people, problem-solving, and building strong teams. After earning a degree in Human Resources from Central Pennsylvania College, he began his career in HR management before transitioning into agency recruiting in 2012.

Over the past decade, Curtis has built and led recruiting teams, partnered with leadership groups, and helped organizations make hiring decisions that support long-term success. He is known for his direct, transparent, and accountable approach, believing that doing things the right way matters more than taking the easiest path.

Curtis believes sustained success in recruiting is driven by resilience, consistency, and genuine relationships. Whether advising clients or guiding candidates through career transitions, he brings honesty, empathy, and a long-term perspective to every conversation.
