With my full career within Accounting and Finance recruiting, I take a highly personal, consultative approach to every search. Specializing within Private Equity and startup companies, I recruit across all levels—from C-suite executives to staff professionals. In addition, I am well versed in recruiting operational talent within financial services and Commodity trading industries. My experience spans a wide range of sectors, allowing me to adapt quickly and add value in complex hiring environments.
I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Bryant University. My recruiting experience spans private equity, hedge funds, commodity trading, manufacturing and distribution, pharmaceuticals, retail, and construction/real estate, providing broad market insight across industries. I began my career in 2011at a boutique firm, experienced acquisition by a larger organization, and later led a team of 10+ recruiters for several years. More recently, I could not be happier to have returned to a boutique environment here at BCS, where I can leverage my experience while working closely with a tight-knit, collaborative team.
I’m married to my wife, Brittany, and we have two amazing children, Dawson and Isabelle. Originally from Massachusetts, I now call Southern Connecticut home. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and our dog, Rooney, and taking advantage of any opportunity to get out on the golf course.
