Julia is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati, where she earned a degree in Business Management & Technology. She played tennis throughout her childhood and college years and developed a strong appreciation for the competitiveness of sports. Julia supported herself through high school and college by working multiple jobs and engaging with people from all walks of life. When exploring career paths, she felt recruiting would be an excellent way to connect with others and help people achieve their goals.
Julia spends her free time reading mystery novels, playing with her puppy, exploring the outdoors, traveling to new places, playing tennis, and losing to her father in pickleball.
