Neil began his career in business litigation before stepping into the world of trial consulting, where he worked closely with AmLaw firms and Fortune 100 clients on mock trials and witness preparation. That work gave him a rare, inside view of how law firms actually operate, not just their successes, but their culture, decision-making, and the very human ways they compete and grow. Somewhere along the way, Neil found himself less interested in the verdict and more curious about the people behind the work.
After spending time with a large international staffing firm, Neil co-founded BCS Search to build something more personal and deliberate. Today, he works in a boutique setting where he helps attorneys confidentially explore the market, prepare thoughtfully for interviews, and find opportunities that fit both their ambitions and their temperament.
Neil earned his J.D. from Temple University Beasley School of Law and a B.A. in Political Science from Stockton University. Neil remains actively licensed in Pennsylvania and New Jersey and is a member of the South Asian Bar Association of Philadelphia, where he previously served on the Board.
When not working, Neil is usually with his wife, enjoying the outdoors or sharing everyday household chores that somehow feel better when done together; with his son, who keeps him fluent in the ever-changing language of meme culture; or with his daughter, whose artwork shows confidence beyond her years. He also enjoys showing up at a local open mic with a guitar in hand. He lives in South Jersey, though friends are quick to remind him he was born in Pennsylvania.
