Nichole is a Co‑Founding Partner of BCS Search, where she brings a human‑first approach to every engagement. After nearly a decade with a global Fortune 500 recruiting firm, she launched BCS Search with a clear vision: to help law firms and corporate legal departments build diverse, high‑performing teams who will help shape the legal industry for many years to come.
With more than 20 years of relationship‑building across the legal community, Nichole has become a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates. Law firms and businesses rely on her thoughtful, strategic methodology and her ability to deliver a diverse slate of exceptional talent for each search. Equally important, candidates who are confidentially exploring a new opportunity rely on Nichole’s deep market expertise and insight to ensure they are making the best decisions for their career and family.
Before recruiting, Nichole spent eight years as a corporate attorney. That experience—advocating, problem‑solving, and understanding the challenges of being a practicing attorney—naturally evolved into a passion for helping attorneys find the right professional platform. Recruiting became the perfect place to blend her legal background with her desire to support others in meaningful career transitions.
Today, Nichole is recognized for her professionalism, her genuine care and integrity that she brings to each search, and her unwavering commitment to helping talented attorneys build sustainable, fulfilling careers.
Nichole earned her Bachelor’s degree from Colby College—one of the oldest liberal arts colleges in the country! But like any true South Jersey girl, she eventually made her way home, earning her JD/MBA from Rutgers University School of Law.
When she’s not changing the lives of attorneys, Nichole is with her husband, Paul Badger (a PA‑based real estate developer), and their two adventurous daughters—one an accomplished musician and the other a spirited gymnastics enthusiast. Nichole’s happy place is anywhere she can gather with family and friends over great food and a really good bottle of wine—bonus if she’s watching football! Go Birds!
