About Me

Regina joined BCS Search after working as a legal recruiter for a global recruiting firm and a boutique legal recruiting firm. Prior to recruiting, Regina practiced as an intellectual property attorney, with a focus on patent prosecution, at a boutique IP firm in Boston. She is a registered US patent attorney.

Once in the recruiter seat, Regina has never looked back. She thrives on collaborating with colleagues to best serve clients and candidates. Her work life comprises placing Associates, Partners, Groups, In-house attorneys, and patent professionals (including patent agents and technical specialists) with firms and corporations across the country. Her approach to an initial candidate conversation is simple – she listens first and then provides thoughtful feedback. She's a true relationship-builder who often places candidates years after she initially connects with them. Regina counts many candidates, whether she places them or not, as genuine friends.

Background

Regina is a UConn Husky through-and-through. She graduated from the School of Engineering with a degree in Chemical Engineering, and from the School of Law with her JD. In between her degrees, she worked as a magazine editor in Midtown Manhattan, which was, for better or for worse, nothing like The Devil Wears Prada.

On a Personal Note

Regina is married and has two daughters. Her family, their two cats, and their dog live in Massachusetts. Outside of work, Regina enjoys playing golf and darts. She is an avid reader and makes great use of her town library. Her family collects Christmas ornaments from the states that they visit.
