Sara is an Executive Search professional focused exclusively on Accounting & Finance recruitment, with deep experience supporting private equity firms, portfolio companies, and high‑growth pre‑IPO organizations. After transitioning from a career that spanned across sales, account management and operations, her recruiting career has been built entirely in the A&F space. She has worked in large public firms, top‑tier boutiques, and a SHREK environment before joining the BCS Finance team. Sara is known for a consultative, grounded approach that prioritizes fit, transparency, and long‑term partnership.

On a Personal Note

Sara grew up in the Philadelphia area and lived in Los Angeles for many years after graduating from the University of Southern California. She now lives in the Denver metro area with her husband and their very spoiled rescue pup. They spend their time hiking, skiing (he boards), exploring Colorado as much as possible, and planning the next time they can travel abroad.
