Sarah’s goal is to be a true partner to her clients, providing transparency throughout the process to both her clients and candidates. Throughout her career, she has forged strong relationships with clients and candidates alike, delivering a personalized approach to recruitment that not only fills critical roles but also establishes a foundation for long-term partnerships. In addition, she brings extensive experience in scaling recruitment teams and defining growth strategies, giving her a unique perspective and enabling her to understand the nuances of a company’s needs and the dynamic nature of the talent market. Sarah is passionate about guiding people through career transitions and helping clients find people that add value to their organizations.
Sarah is a 2009 graduate of Temple University where she received a BFA in Dance. After years of pursuing her artistic dreams, she fell into recruiting and quickly fell in love with the fast paced nature of the business and the impact she was able to have at both the individual and organization level.
Outside of work, Sarah is a wife, a mom to two energetic boys, a dog mom to her mini schnauzer and serves on the Home & School Board for her boys’ school. You can most often find her reading, camping, yelling at the Eagles, experimenting in the kitchen and spending time with family outdoors.
